Sydney burned her hand on the fire place glass on Monday afternoon and today visited the doctor with many tears of pain. Its now been cleaned and dressed and is doing better. We'll see how life goes as this is the hand that she sucks on to go to sleep. We will have daily trips to the doctor to change the bandage.

My daughter burned her hand too on our fireplace when she was just learning to crawl. It was horrible. I felt so bad, but she was luckily okay and didn't burn it that bad. But ever since then she has hated going to the doctors. She is now 4yrs. old.
