Weekend in Wyoming

A few weeks ago, the girls and I headed up to Wyoming to visit Heidi and her girls. You know the old saying, while the husbands are away, the wives will play. We went to see a kitten that they had. Heidi had decided to adopt 2 kittens and decided it was just too much to handle - this is on top of another cat, 3 gees 7 (?) horses, a turtle and a rabbit (and maybe a partridge in a pear tree). Anyway, while there, we were going to make cards (birthday, thank you, miss you, etc). The girls had a blast making theirs, but for some strange reason, Heidi and I never got to make our own cards - if I remember correctly, the computer kind of grabbed our attention. Oh yes, Facebook! We also gave Savannah and Elise perms. And yes, we came home with a kitty. Phil was already wanting us to have the black one, and luckily Aysha was willing to give that one up. We think we've narrowed it down to Sierra being allergic to long haired cats. I loved the other one, he had such a cute face, but he was long haired. So another black animal joins the family. Phil wants to call him Junior, but when he was in town, he kept calling him Spook (for those of you who don't know, we had a black cat names Spook, who died last year). The grils are calling him Midnight (which is what Heidi's family had named him). I just call him Kitty. Anyway, he will probably have some sort of identity crisis because of us.
The two cute kittens - we took home the black one
I WANT YOU!!
Sydney loved this hat - she kept putting it on all weekend
