The Hills Are Alive. . . . (with the Sound of Music)

Or at least the kids were. Grandma invited the mom's to join in on this years trip to Tuacahn. What a fun and CRAZY trip. It was short and sweet and the kids had fun. Thanks to Sasha for the pictures. We went to see the Sound of Music and my girls had a blast. Sound of Music is one of Sierra and Savannah's favorite movies - they have the whole thing memorized. We arrived at the hotel and the kids went immediately into the pool (a little cold - the water, not the air - for me - but the kids had fun). After naps for the kids we headed to Kevin's for pizza. The food was ok, the company was great. Then off to the show. The kids were so excited and HYPER! I can't believe that Grandma really wanted her car full with ALL the kids. The weather was actually perfect (for St. George - 95 and it stayed that way all night long). If you have ever been to Tuacahn, you know how miserable the heat can be. Our favorite part of the show was when the Van Trapp children put on the Puppet Show. It was fabulous. Thanks Grandma for the fun trip.

Yeah, a new post. I check every day! That trip does sound like fun. I love that your mom is covered in grandkids. She looks so happy. Miss you!
